So get drunk and get skinny?

I don't think its working, I'm still fat.

P.S.

Its just a joke folks, you can chill

Lots of calories in beer. Need to move yourself over to neat spirits. Make sure that you spend all your money on them, so that you've nothing left to buy food. Then follow the diet posted above, but skip the eggs and replace the large glass of wine with a large glass of vodka. You'll lose a tonne of weight.

My old boss lost a load of weight when he switched from drinking beer to white wine spritzers when he was working. Did have to then switch to fizzy water after his wife gave him an earful for coming home drunk all the time though.

Like 30 years ago we used to have something called “wine coolers”. I don’t really see those anymore. There’s like Smirnoff Ice and Mikes Hard lemonade. Is that pretty much the same thing? Seems like the additional sugar would negate any weight loss when switching from beer.

No, it's just a 50:50 mix of white wine and soda water, so it has about half the calories of white wine. Very easy to drink a lot of in a hot kitchen though, so it's still a lot of wine.

Not that I'm encouraging drinking problems but this helped keep my weight in check in covid lock downs: Get Drunk, Not Fat
