There's a lot of workarounds to a lot of these issues, and they're all far more accessible in something larger than a sedan. lol
I do think actual solutions about the housing crisis, like, say, rent control. Rent control and taxing unoccupied units like they themselves owe the state money. Would actually be ways forward, this whole letting college students sleep in the parking lot is fucking stupid
