Does he realise America is a continent? The United States OF THE AMERICAN CONTINENT. USA isn't exclusive to the 50 states it is compromised of. There are 35 counties on the American continent.

Why would he understand how continents work when he's apparently pretty damned incontinent himself (in addition to being incompetent)?. The US people elected him twice. Never forget, never forgive.
