Do you really believe someone who voted for Trump to be smart enough to recognize this as a scam?

Although, I just saw the snippet of his promise on TV, and noticed that he said 'dollars', not 'US dollars'. So it could be 'Guyanese dollars'. They even have a nice 5000 Dollar note: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/KLAAAeSwd8Vqf7s7/s-l1200.jpg

It would still be aboutish 24 us dollars each.
