That movie is all the motivation I need to go get some air and exercise everyday

[–] AxM0ney@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I've always had a problem with this ive watced this movie every night for 4 years. Logistically, it makes no sense. It requires way to much energy to produce the food in excess to the point for everyone to get so fat and would require way more energy to fly all us fat fucks. We would all 100 percent be in a coma looking for a new planet and or all caloric Intake would be produced in the most efficient form and only the required Amount to live would be rationed daily.

To be fair I'm like 80 percent of the way there already now if I could just get one of those cool chairs and spaceship I'd be set.

In a post scarcity world like Wall-E people would most likely be more fit. You already see that with wealthier people getting more exercise, eating healthier, etc. It's the lack of time that forces people into bad health habits

50% will be unhealthily obese while the other 50% will be some of the fittest humans ever. Just like the current US.

You really think humans will end up being reliant on machines to live their lives?

Oh god...

You guys are! I’m gonna be at the Amazon warehouse filling orders.

I’ve lost like 50 pounds in 6 months though so that’s pretty sweet!
