In a post scarcity world like Wall-E people would most likely be more fit. You already see that with wealthier people getting more exercise, eating healthier, etc. It's the lack of time that forces people into bad health habits
50% will be unhealthily obese while the other 50% will be some of the fittest humans ever. Just like the current US.
