I took a picture of the night sky with my xiaomi redmi note 10 pro, 30 second exposure. The images that are not raw are fine. But the raw images have red and blue dots all over the place.

Not sure you'll ever get anything super impressive from a phone but by all means try! Have a look at dark frame subtraction though.
