Strange structure inside my lense (ibb.co)

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me out. I just found that one of my lenses has a very strange structure on the glass. It's not cracked, and I guess it's coming from storing condition maybe like a fungus or due to humidity/sun/heat...

Maybe someone could advise what it is and how/if I can get rid of this...

Fungus. Keep it away from the rest of your gear.
