The word “wasted” is tossed around constantly nowadays. If a player doesn’t win a Super Bowl, his career is “wasted”. If a player has a great season but his team sucks that year, he’s being “wasted”. You play to win a Super Bowl, yes, but there’s so many levels between Super Bowl champs and Hue Jackson 0-16 Browns.

Yes, I’ve quite enjoyed winning three consecutive division titles with a couple of 13-3 seasons. The end result of sitting at home during the Super Bowl has been the same but September through December has been so much better with Josh Allen than it was before him lol.

Yeah winning a Super Bowl is hard. It’s “any given Sunday” even when it’s a lopsided matchup. Then you get to the playoffs and really anything can happen. Eagles had a super team last year and couldn’t win it

Hue still got that city a parade, didn't he?

The real victory was the experiences we had along the way.

Especially considering their defense got gutted by big injuries early in the season. There's a difference between wasting a season and suffering bad luck.
