They know exactly what they're doing, it's a "purification," not entirely dissimilar to the same that happened in the 1930s in Germany.

Nononono! They're super-smart! Even when everything they do looks exactly what an incredibly stupid person would do that's just because they're playing 1000D chess! They've thought of everything so we should all just give up and accept their rule.

they're not who they're manufacturing consent from. it's the ~55% of people who apparently listen to nothing but spotify and watch nothing but entertainment
