8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. 10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

Weird to be rooting for MTG. I think she's just standing up for her principles and while those are usually somewhat unhinged, they happen to be aligned with the wider populace today. She's still got a chance to fuck us over, but right now it's a great example of the 'The Worst Person you know just made a great point' meme.
I think she sees the writing on the wall and is gunning to be the leader of whatever populist conservative movement arises post trumpism

Probably an awareness that as the shutdown goes on and more people learn what it's about, more people will side with Democrats.

trump is likely going to die in office (FUCK YES) and all the vultures are circling to try and take over his Legacy because even the US Military is not sufficiently strong to make people like couch fucker. And mtg is dumb enough to think that can be her. Someone who "reaches across the table" to fight the evil entrenched government elites and blah blah blah.
I think she wants a long political career and she’s betting on MAGA failing. She still wants to remain on the right wing, but she’s trying to distance herself sooner than later.
