just a note: they don’t hunt humans. they are opportunistic and will include humans in their food supply if necessary. polar bears typically avoid people like other bears.
Yeah this one certainly doesn't look like it's hunting at all - not saying it wouldn't attack him if it could get to him, but it seems a lot more curious than aggressive.
How do the two different in appearance, in polar bears?
Angry growl vs questioning growl. Two totally different growls. I'm sure there is a community around here that could go into more detail for you.
I remain skeptical. At the risk of anthropomorphizing, why would a hunting bear be "angry"?
As the dude in the video says, this is more or less what they do with seals.
With such scarce food up there, isn't it always a good time to eat if it's just a single human?
