I cried a few hours ago and my head and eyes still hurt, my hands are shaking a little, and I also feel dizzy..This doesn't usually happen, аnd now I'm worried (I just very like to cry)

I feel so much better after crying

Apparantly its something called Endorphins

But I'd try to hide the crying from the public, people can be very cruel

I remember when I first came to the US, I was 8 years old, I didn't speak English, was so confused about everything, and I'm introverted on top of that, so I cried often in class.

And everyone just called me a "crybaby"

I'm cis-male so it's even more humiliating...

Even now as a young adult, I still cry often.

And now it's not just bullying...

I read the news, its filled with so much suffering.

Wars

Oppression

Genocide

Racism/Xenophobia

Propaganda

Resurgence of Authoritarianism/Totalitarianism

...

it's bleak

...

So I get it

But it's fine

There's nothing wrong with it

But again, society is cruel about displays of emotions, so I'd recommend it's best to hide this fact from others.

Shit, man, I cry at poignant songs or movies. Not sobs but definitely someone is cutting onions territory. You at least are triggered by legit bad shit. I just let my emotions be manipulated by pretty words.

But sometimes, I'm watching a movie or listening to music with my daughter and it just hits me, I'm so happy that we have better messages for girls today than we did when I was growing up. She has super heroes and equality and none of this boys will be boys shit.

This world is such shit right now, but man if we raise the next generations right maybe there's a chance. And that tenuous hope... it makes me feel all the things... and it just leaks out.

But yeah, gotta hide it because it's weird to care about stuff I guess.
