Drivers: Don't allow insurance companies to use speed camera data. We don't want bad drivers to pay more.

Also drivers: Insurance premiums are too expenvie. Do something.

MUCH like a casino.
There are subtle yet important differences, which are the reason why casinos are largely illegal, while insurance is often required.

Tell me the difference:

The house always wins.
If the house doesn't win it makes it harder for you to win.
The house can expel you whenever it likes.
The house can bar you the entrance for anything the house sees fit.

One provides a useful function that more often than not protects people when things go to shit.

The other tries to make people into addicts and turn their lives to shit.
