Not sure if that was supposed to be sarcasm, but cyber campaigns are a huge part of the "hybrid war against the west" that putin loves to boast about so much, and there have been plenty of proven instances of astroturfing being done by russian trolls.
It's pretty common on reddit (r/conservative mods are based in russia, and there was even a time when a power outage in St. Petersburg caused a bunch of troll accounts to go dormant for half a day), but I'd be surprised if they haven't found lemmy yet.

Moscow hasn't been bombed enough, and certainly not as much as Russia has bombed Kyiv. Comparing this to confederate spins on the american civil war is as asinine as it is inane.
