Over some basic shit too. Don't return your cart and just abandon it in a parking space? Shows your disregard for basic decency. 1 warning, then straight to death.
I mean...I wouldn't go that far.
I'd limit it at least to people who don't hug the curb when making a right hand turn thus keeping anyone who's going straight through from being able to fit in beside them at the stop light.
Or the ones that leave 10 feet of space and block the turning lane, where if they moved up 3 feet you could go by them and turn right.
And I'd be willing to bet it's the same damn people.
