She loved the magic massage man (the "chiro")and fell asleep while he and I were chatting after she was finished.

There was no quackery. He literally just helped her stretch really well and massaged the knots out of her muscles so she could move better. No joint popping or nothin crazy. I watched him treat two other horses to make sure he wasn't full of shit before I let him touch Sandy.

Hoping it's a one-time fix, but we have to get an exercise regimen together with small near-daily workouts so she can build muscle. She's finally got the weight, now she just need the muscles to carry it properly.

I'm really glad the barn has a covered roundpen! It'll make working on rainy days a thing lol.

She can still have things get outta place, so there may be a need for treatment in the future, but she is very sound and sturdy for her age, so she should be good to go as long as I stick with exercising her.
