I think the pilot was on the ground for two days, or close to it. It's not an insane distance for a very fit individual to cover over that time.
Might have stolen (or otherwise acquired,) a car or truck.
It’s not like Iran is totally without development.
It was the same plane.
Ejection systems typically blast everyone out within seconds of each other.
It would require significantly strong winds to separate them that far. Usually separation is less than a mile or two, IIRC.
