The design and the UX of the joke is perfect. Making it actually funny is not my department.
QA says it was in the design spec, so back to Jira with you.
Check the figma wireframes, I clearly marked the fields where engineering was to insert the comedy

The product owner says it’s on the screen so it’s front ends responsibility.
