Are all Mexicans considered POC in the US? Mexico has white people who descent from Europeans are those also POC? Ignore my ignorance I'm from Europe.

"POC" isn't really a strictly defined term, so I'm not really sure if Mexican counts as POC. There are plenty of Caucasian presenting Mexicans and there are Hispanic presenting Caucasians. When I looked at this guy for the first time, I really couldn't tell, so I looked him up.
