Lose weight (aka stop eating as much junk and actually exercise instead of staying inside my room all day when I have nowhere else to go and nothing else to do)

Keep myself healthy. My future self would thank me for it.

Put 10% of your net pay into a low fee index fund.

Learn to cook better. Portion control and have a variety of filling, tasty meals so good that takeaway isn't considered an option.

I'll start with:

Take a stretch and hike for a bit every hour or so, you'll save your back and lungs

Fuck my future self. He's just the inevitable form of past self, and he's an asshole. He's always putting present me in terrible situations.

Go before you leave the house.

Work out. I've gotten heavier this year because I stopped going to the gym. I need to remember I can work out at home.
