I’ve taken windy beach photos of a family. I didn’t fight against the weather, I used it in my photos

I usually won't shoot beach sessions in wind greater than 15mph.

I wouldn't even be worried about the technical aspects of it at 30kph, I'd be worried about your family dealing with sand being kicked up. Then I'd be concerned about my equipment getting sand in it.

Dress them up as surfers. I bet they’re gonna have a good time.

Thanks for the tip :) but we are actually taking photos with our 14 month old haha, and he can only crawl on sand and gets annoyed if we do too many other things 😂 Plus when he’s crawling and is down time, the sand will me blowing everywhere on him
