I feel like when it comes to social medial marketing i should try as much as possible to do organic content instead of paid. Or Should i run ads in addition?

That's going to depend on your business industry. Just like they said, organic contents are much slower to produce an outcome, but they're free. On the other hand, paid ads are faster, but they will cost you something. If it's going to be me and I have a budget solely for marketing, I would try paid ads. There's a lot of skilled professionals out there that produces faster outcome. I found a useful article that personally helped me with stuff like this, give it a read. https://www.cuppa.so/post/how-to-optimize-facebook-ads-2023-a-guide-for-b2b-and-service-based-businesses

I"m running into this issue now. I think if you have the cash I'd try both as keep in mind the longer you take, the more likely it is that someone with more cash can take up your market share

Hi! The great thing about being an entrepreneur is that there is no wrong (I mean, ethically there might be, not talking about that here :D ). How creative can you get aquiring business?

Paid ads are a great way to get quick and (in the beginning) cold traffic. After a little while you can start retargeting these people to increase conversions. It might be good to know that the higher the conversion value, the more money you can spend to aquire new customers. So upsels / order bumps help with creating a bigger budget for advertising.
