Just deal with the small claim for now. I guess all you have to do is wait for the court decision and just move on. Take it as a lesson and move forward. Best of luck, OP. https://www.cuppa.so/post/famous-entrepreneurs-who-failed-before-success

Totally agree with you. I met my 2 business partners in a different City 2hrs away from mine, and we've been in ecom for 3 years now. It's all about responsibility and productivity. Found an interesting article of skills every Entrepreneur should have, and thought it would help you. https://www.cuppa.so/post/8-skills-every-entrepreneur-should-have

Big fat yes. Don't waste your time and energy doing something without knowing a thing or two. Not understanding your target market to just go all in is like throwing a rock in the middle of the ocean. It's the most important thing to consider before starting a business. Not knowing your target market means bigger risk of failing unless you have super powers to turn the world upside down. Here's one good read to understand more about target market. Hope it helps! https://www.cuppa.so/post/the-ultimate-guide-to-mastering-client-acquisition-2023

You have two choices: 1. Organic content, which means slower results but free or 2. Paid ads have a faster result but will cost you something. I'm in ecom, and I don't pay for ads. I maximise the power of social media marketing, and create contents which generated organic results. I used to read a lot of effective marketing strategies, and how to create interesting contents which made sales all over my Tiktok and IG. If I'm to recommend 1 good article, it's https://www.cuppa.so/post/top-marketing-channels-for-2023-the-definitive-guide Let me know if you need more, I'd be happy to help!

I totally understand you here. Exactly how I felt like when I started my own business. It's true that when it rains, it pours. But it's also true that there is always a rainbow after the rain. There was this article that mentioned entrepreneurs who failed before success. Hope it motivates you. https://www.cuppa.so/post/famous-entrepreneurs-who-failed-before-success

The eagerness to chase freedom. Looking back, I'm glad I took the risk, it was all worth it. If there's an advice I could give, that is "make it happen". Here's one article to read https://www.cuppa.so/post/turning-your-big-idea-into-a-reality

I don't think there is something that don't take much time or money. However, there was one article that might give you an idea to decide what to do. Give it a read. Turning your idea into reality.
