Why exactly is 'That Old Marvel Feeling'? Specifically.

A multi year build up for something that hadn't been properly done before. They need to appreciate thats part of the reason it was so big. It had never been done right before. Might not have been perfect, but it was worthy of the big screen and it was cool as hell. But now its been done.

It’s been 6 years since Endgame have they built up anything? Throwing money at RDJ to become Doom feels like scraping the bottom of the nostalgia bucket.

They tried? I think they tried. But they bet on the wrong guy, dude either alledgedly or actually did hit a woman at a bar, so they whisked it all away cause nobody else can play Kang I guess.

Superhero films are past their golden era. Of course there will always be fans, but the mainstream will move to the next thing. Unfortunately actual cinemas are dying so it looks like superhero films were the last big movie genre, or maybe I am totally wrong and way too nihilistic.

Nahhhh. Audiences are bored and hate the multiverse.
