Colin Kaepernick has a better chance…

[–] YZYSZN1107@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Jeff George sharpening his pencil about to write his article next.

[–] draynay@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

RG3 can be injured for way cheaper than Watson.

[–] croth4@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Always thought he was a dog for dutifully going out to the wolves while injured when sent by Mike Shanahan.

[–] LE22081988@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

That must be a Joke right?

[–] Salty_Orchid@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

How bad could he be? Certainly better than Tommy Devito or that Zack Wilson fellow

[–] JackFisherBooks@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I'm not sure this is a serious effort on RGIII's part. I think he's perfectly happy being an analyst. And after all the injuries he's sustained in his career, I'm not even sure he would be a capable backup at this point. Maybe they'll give him a tryout. But I think it would take a lot to get him out of the broadcast booth.

Noo! I want him to keep commentating on college football. He’s like the Tony Romo of CFB.

[–] monkeyhold99@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

🤣 dude is desperate

[–] stumo11@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Just stop, if you could still cut it on an NFL roster you'd be on one RG3. Stick to commentating on games and not lobbying for a job.

Was RGIII always this insufferable, or did he take his post-career media training too far.

Guy can fuck right off to the moon and never be seen or heard from again.

[–] Gazzarris@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

He was always like this. This sub loves to pretend how, if he wouldn’t have blown out his ACL, he would have been an amazing quarterback, but then forgets his complete lack of maturity to play QB in the NFL. He ALWAYS thought he knew more than everyone else, hence his career trajectory.

[–] work4work4work4work4@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Can we get a competition between RG3 and Kap at least? Lets go full send on this and make it a reality show where the Owner's Daughters pick the QB.

[–] TheJackalsDoom@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

It's amazing to me how much hate the Browns get for a team that has sucked for so long. Not that the hate itself is unwarranted, but that they suck at sucking. They suck and make you hate them while doing it. Most other bad teams I might feel bad for some elements of the team, but I just got nothing for them.

bring back Johnny Football!

[–] Zolo49@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Watch the documentary on him. He crashed out of the NFL because he lost the desire to play football and he clearly has no interest in returning now.

[–] InternationalBand494@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

That was a good sports doc. I can’t remember if it was one of the episodes from the “Untold” series, which is excellent.

Was trash 8 years ago, will be trash now

RG3 would triple in annoyance if Kap somehow returned

[–] Pm_hot_grillz@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

At this point, it’s gonna become a meme where RG3 lobbies for a team to sign him whenever anyone gets hurt, regardless of position.

[–] MongolianCluster@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

He's looking for $300M guaranteed.

[–] XKloosyv@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I mean, if the Browns fail to sign him it says a lot about the organization. Derek, Jimmy and Andy got jobs!

[–] Trillzionaire90@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I really believe he just made up a lot of stuff saying that he would be a distraction in the locker room as a backup. Teams have experienced some big hits this season losing starters or not having a quality starter for all that talk to have not cashed a spot on a few rosters.

I doubt they sign him and even if they did, Cam Newton is a better overall QB.

[–] AlternateGator@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Tldr Griffin really misses game checks

[–] theBeerdedGOAT@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

He’s getting very very annoying

[–] dennydiamonds@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

He may be the only guy more fragile than Deshaun. I’ll pass

[–] eberkain@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Bring him in for a workout, make it a media event, then don't sign him and elevate whoever is on the practice squad.

[–] DeuceDeuceTV@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

he's the Isaiah Thomas of the NFL

[–] jlacomb17@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

I miss when Jeff George used to pop up begging for a job every time a QB was hurt.

[–] KansinattiKid@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Kap or RG3?

[–] Aron-Nimzowitsch@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Nick Foles is a free agent.

[–] epicswagdouchebag@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

If it gets him off tv I’m all for it

[–] superstarrr99@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Context is missing here, y’all. LOL

[–] NPCArizona@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

RG3 and Kap as his backup, platinum deal.

[–] gnrlgumby@alien.top 1 points 10 months ago

Sidebar: anyone see those Heisman house commercials and get depressed? Man, what a bunch of nfl flame outs.
