To be really honest, social media isn't as important as it once was for most businesses (not all as it can still be super helpful for some). As a rule of thumb, over 50% of the content should be either user-generated content or content of you demonstrating your work. 30-40% of it should be nicely designed posts describing the services you offer (kind of like flash cards). Don't stress too much about it.

I’ve learned that the best ideas come to me when I am still. I’ll close my eyes and just relax as I imagine myself becoming one with everything…then ideas just start popping up in my head. However not everyone can do this because they are run by their ego lol

YMMV, but I try to put myself in the shoes of my target customer, start with a pain point (that I can address), and then provide enough info to make it apparent that I can be of use to them.
