Honestly take a break. like a good break where you're not involved in the business, could be just one week, go someplace nice with strangers, and stress less about things you can't control. Sometimes all you need is a boost of motivation, and most people get a new sense of creative energy after travelling.
Try to invest it in business courses from people who have actual businesses instead of random university courses. Mentor ships are also good, try to find people killing it in your business and ask if they do mentorship and if they say yes then you have enough saved up and you're good to go!
Delete TikTok and Instagram, might look like a small step but it plays a huge impact, Just login when you need to, but delete it after using. All junk habits are junk because they are easily attainable without effort. Did this last year and life has been much better
