This is my current collection as a 22 year old medical student. I would love to hear your thoughts on what these pieces say about me. Unfortunately, the two remaining watch pillows will have to remain empty for a while as I focus on paying my medical school tuition. However, I’m certainly open to being tempted if anyone has suggestions ;)

For someone who is a medical student I am shocked and appalled that you have mismatching colors with each row when the opportunity to have matching columns was clearly there, please switch the two Bulova at the bottom row

That's a substantial collection for a student! When I was still studying, owning a collection like this was unfathomable.

Suggestion: Timex expedition titanium. Not so shiny, very readable, has numbers! :)

I've been checking this watch for some time and i believe this is a quartz watch that can compete in terms of quality with mechanical watches (together with GS spring drive)

I’d save those last two spots for the two special milestones coming up in your career. Get another watch when you graduate and start residency - something nice, but not too expensive. Residents are paid peanuts, after all, and don’t use loan funds to buy a watch. And then treat yourself to a grail watch with your first attending paycheck.

Looks great! Very colourful. I find it much more interesting than the usual fare.
Love the red Bulova, I have a thing for red watches. But my favourite pieces are probably the Lunar Pilot, and also that Tissot Seastar.
If I had a recommendation, I'd say check out something with a bronze case next.
