But, none of that excuses sleeping with a minor. And there shouldn't be much to the "investigation." Is the girl a minor? Yes or no?
4-12 obviously isn't good but 10/7/8 is a good game for most players. If it wasn't for the investigation we'd say he had a bad shooting night but an alright game overall.
