The difference is that it's an honest article reporting truthfully on someone else's satire.
It's dumb and bad (as a thing to look at, statement is great) but give me a few hours with it in the workshop and it'll be the finest 4-station gloryhole in the land. That's saying something too, got some real stiff competition.
