Nope. Easily verified in maps. You might be thinking Iowa, which is a couple states to the left, slightly up.
Michigan has unfortunately always had the displeasure of sharing a border with ohio. Kinda had a whole war about it.
They can keep Toledo now that they’ve ruined it, but it’s clearly a chunk out of Michigan if you look at the maps.

While nowhere is truly safe from Ohio, my parents took me to Maine to visit family friends as a kid, it's very nice there, I highly recommend fleeing to Maine.
Ohio is New England's bastard child and doesn't belong in the Midwest.
New England? There's an entire Pennsylvania and New York between Ohio and New England.
It's true. The colony originally claimed all the land to it's west and Connecticut was extra long.
