EDIT: To educate downvoters. Oscar Wilde was sexually abused as a child, leaving him deeply messed up. He, like many victims who doesn't get the appropriate help, unfortunately continued the cycle of abuse.

I think he deserves some sympathy. So do the other kids. It’s complicated and everyone involved deserves some empathy. I appreciate both the joke and the phrasing of your edit.
