The music Kevin Macleod writes either ends up being the boppiest thing you ever heard or the Bane of Your Existence. There are quite a few of his that TikTok has destroyed by putting on every fucking video.
Not sure if CC BY 4.0 counts? There's an incredibly based Japanese producer 森田交一 (often goes by the alias 魔王魂) who released a lot of their music as CC BY 4.0. Hence a lot of them end up in all kinds of small projects, RPGMaker games, etc...

There’s a bunch of people who are weirdly fascinated by a particular piece of hold music. I think Kaiser used to use it. NPR searched out the composer and I have a file of the whole thing.

Onestop.mid was one of a handful of midi files that could be found in the C:\Windows\Media folder on certain Windows installations. It's a midi file, so obviously not super high fidelity or anything, but it honestly slaps pretty hard.
There's a stock wind instrument recording that showed up in a bunch of places in 90's media. It's right at the start of "Distant Mountain" from Suikoden.
