All Trump supporters deserve to be tormented. May they never get proper sleep until this mess is over

Nah he's just reading the room. Something that most Republicans can't do because either A. They fully believe everything Trump spews or B. Are just as narcissistic as Trump.

Tucker Carlson is an evil person and has done many terrible things. But he's also not an idiot. He knew what it was from the beginning and was in on it.

[–] Linken@lemmy.world 13 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

I agree that’s he’s evil and not an idiot, and therefore I think that makes him worse than Trump.

Trump is evil, that’s not confusing actually, but those that support Trump in any way are actually worse. They choose to be evil, rather than simply existing as an evil entity. They can never be forgiven.

And what are you going to do about it? Let me guess.

Nothing.

[–] Canconda@lemmy.ca 26 points 1 week ago

Distance himself from Trump enough that he's in pucker proximity to whomever his sycophantic audience latches on to next.

So nothing new.

[–] Red0ctober@lemmy.world 13 points 1 week ago

You kidding? He's selling supplements to Nazis! That is what he's doing about it.

Run for Republican office and be terrible also.

[–] Canconda@lemmy.ca 12 points 1 week ago

Upvoting cuz it's a good train of thought.

IMO Tucker won't run for office because he's already carved out a very comfortable niche by "just asking questions."

Tucker also comes from multi-generational wealth. Actually participating in politics instead of simply purchasing influence is beneath his economic class.

I'm not buying for one minute that Tucker Carlson has any semblance of a conscience.

[–] MantisToboggon@lemmy.world 23 points 1 week ago

Good I hope you feel terrible!

[–] z3rOR0ne@lemmy.ml 15 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Tucker is going full fash. Time for him to huddle around Fuentes for that good ol' hellfire warmth, with all the clicks, views, and ad revenue that audience brings...oh and hate...so much hate. Tucker knows (and hates) his audience so well.

I want to see the end of Trump as much as the next person, but you'd have to be blind to not see what's coming next.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I'm sure he'll blame it on the Democrats, though.

[–] z3rOR0ne@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

And/or Jewish people, conflating Zionism with Judaism like an asshole.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago

I seem to recall him saying something along the lines of that if he was going to turn to fascism, it would be because the Democrats made him do it because they called him names like racist, etc.

Like he was using the argument of the wife-beater nearly verbatim - these assholes that accuse liberals and Democrats of "making them racist" because they were called names really is quite something. That's not how racism works.

Begone, third-rate podcaster! Back to your pit of irrelevance!

[–] vegeta@lemmy.world 11 points 1 week ago

that must mean Putin no longer likes Trump

[–] chosensilence@pawb.social 9 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago)

don’t believe this scum sucking fucking lying fascist for a single second. he has no principles or beliefs other than how to maintain his comfortable position on the far right. it’s like he doesn’t realize he has DECADES of public appearances so we can quite literally follow the trail. the only thing Tucker Carlson is tormented by is he isn’t personally torturing immigrants.

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 7 points 1 week ago

He can't be tormented enough for what he did. Is there a registration portal for those who want to help in this tormenting?

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 6 points 1 week ago

He should kill himself, then.

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 5 points 1 week ago

The guy selling nicotine pouches to douchebags while molesting bread has a conscience? Nah.

[–] Linken@lemmy.world 4 points 1 week ago

If he was truly remorseful he would simply go away forever and never again take a cent for his work regarding his politics or being a TV turned Internet personality.

Doing anything but this is merely an attempt for attention.

He can never be forgiven. He prayed and begged for everything that has happened or will happen because of Trump, and is therefore to blame.

Poor guy. I sure hope his guilt doesn't keep him up at night, eventually leading to horrendous medical complications. It would be a real shame. Real shame...

He had a Russian pumpernickel bagel on his dick the whole time.
