The Fifth Element.
I had a TBI, and afterwards my memory kept resetting. Initially every couple of minutes.
The hospital told my girlfriend to just take me home and keep an eye on me, and I'd be alright in due course. Her and her boyfriend took turns babysitting me, and they just put the DVD of The Fifth Element on repeat because I knew all of it - it didn't matter when I reset, I just dropped into enjoying what was in front of me.
I remember the last reset, apparently 2 days after. It was like waking up, only I was already sat up in bed watching the movie, cuddled up with my family. I lost about 5 days of memory in total, but after a couple of months felt as sharp as I ever had :-)
Neither of them ever wanted to watch that film with me ever again, though.
That's... somewhat frightening?
I had a head trauma myself, half a year ago.
Did a head-first somersault onto the hard pavement while biking, luckily wearing a helmet.
Lost only about 2.5hrs of memory (mostly after the accident, but some of it before).
It really creeped me out, just not knowing what happened during that time (e.g. I talked to my wife on the phone while riding the ambulance - completely no recollection of it).
But this ongoing memory resetting you described is a much more terrifying idea.
How do you feel about it now?
Aaaaand also: Do you wish the movie had rather been Groundhog Day? ;-)
This happened about 17 years ago, so for me before menopause but not long after I'd stopped using drugs ... I really took the "accept the things you cannot change" to heart, and got on with it.
Being scared of what had happened wouldn't help me with my life. Having a healthier respect for the frailties of my body, however, did help me avoid future injuries from hubris.
I fell while figure skating, which is a pastime where wearing protective gear is frowned upon.
My then-boyfriend (the last guy I would ever date) took me back to a kebab place that apparently I'd sworn was the best I'd ever tasted the week before. I had no memory of it, and the kebab I then had was mid tier at best :-/

It's a tie between Eurovision, School of Rock and Bohemian Rhapsody. And I am now just noticing they are all music related films which I never really noticed before.
Robin Hood Men in Tights. I’m pretty much always happy to sit down and rewatch this one. Still laugh at every stupid joke.

Blues Brothers - I'm not the type of person who can rewatch movies often but I watch this at least 2-3 times a year.

Groundhog Day. Humor, tragedy, redemption, rodents.
I guess it would be a favourite, probably Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. I watched it countless times during my final year of high school as part of my major literature assignment (in addition to all the other times I've watched it for leisure), so I know it so well at this point that I'm far beyond the "I've seen this too many times, it's boring now" stage. I appreciate every little detail now.

for my family it's often Back To The Future
Stardust. It's beautiful, sweet, moving, well-acted, funny, entertaining, and has a great story. Just a wonderful, comforting experience all around. One of the few movies that's decidedly better than the book.
Edit: Didn't notice that I'd been beaten to mentioning it, but it's worth repeating!
Purple Rain.
If i'm having trouble sleeping or I'm stressed I'll just put that on and it'll chill me out. really relaxes me. I know it's a silly Prince movie but I absolutely love it.

Spiderman Into the Spiderverse
I would have to say "Drei Haselnüsse für Aschenbrödel", especially in the time around Christmas.
("Three Wishes for Cinderella", an iconic Czechoslovakian/East-German film which is pretty much total cult here in Germany.)
Apart from that (and perhaps better known internationally):
"Back to the Future" also is pretty near the top of my list.
