Ugh. I,ve been at home with the stomach flu all week. I think I am ok enough to go to work today but my mind isn’t there yet… as much as I need to get paid. (I ran out of paid sick time Tuesday. We get three a year)

Went to Switzerland last weekend and it was amazing! First time in Switzerland and had the chance to tour around quite a bit, went on quite a few local lake cruises too. The cost of living was not a joke though

... and on the last day I promptly got under the weather again lol. On me for toughing it out on a cruise when there was heavy wind on the deck followed by a 2-hr return bus delay. There goes my French learning progress and just about every after-work activity this week... Still it was hella fun so there's that

I managed to brick my car. I bought an extra car for $1500. It came with one key and upon inspection noticed that it was full of green corrosion (it's a proximity key/fob). Anyway, I bought two keys and a topdon topscan pro which can do key programming. I started the procedure and when you do that it erases all keys stored in the computer and then you relearn all the new keys one at a time. There's a little nfc reader in the car where you insert each key during the learning process and then a little light on the dash is supposed to blink. Well it didn't blink during the process and none of the keys will start the car. I'm not sure if the little nfc slot is bad or there's a problem with the programmer I bought. So yeah, I have a dead car for right now until I can figure out the problem.

Chore board is showing chores well.

I got angry and dragged the trash can over and half emptied the fridge. Some stuff is stuck. I then dragged it out because normally taking it to the outside is husband's job but there wasn't a bat's chance in hell he was managing that. He did take it and put a new bag in there at least.

Cat is settling into a routine of sleeping in her cat bed while we sleep. It's good.

I am unsure what to make for dinner tonight. Some sour cream was fine maybe so maybe paprika hendl.
