I’ve worked with Thomson Reuters and they actually show up to meetings and give you the help you need to use their products. And they sued an llm company for stealing data and won (most lawsuits have not won).

I was a graphic designer for over 20 years. I believe it.

The client sketched this, and it was made without question. Or, the client gave the designer free rein, and the designer didn't like the client. Or, there was no designer directly involved, and this was a PowerPoint template.
