I still oppose radical gender ideology and Critical Race Theory in schools. I still believe that biological males shouldn’t compete in women’s sports or be housed in women’s prisons. But I will not stand by while LGBT rights are legislated away.

Reid Newton is failing to acknowledge that the entire conservative movement has always been rooted intolerance.

From my point of view, it is reasonable to affirm one's gender, it is fair to let everybody play in a game if they follow the rules. But I don't care who wins, and apparently that is very important to some people.
A TERF lesbian may think she has more in common with conservatives than with other queer folk. Conservatives will never think so.

(Puberty blockers are literally the opposite of "childhood gender transitions" as the entire point is to stall for time until adulthood.)

And her big conclusion is that conservatives overreaching is leading to their downfall, and not the lack of principles or abject hatred of anyone who isnt cis, het, white, and male.
