Oh no!! So anyway…
When are we getting cracked versions of gacha games so we can just do the story?
If you read the article, they usually just shut down and disappear.
If you're lucky some dedicated archivist records the story sections before it goes down.
In the past for things like Kingdom Hearts, people have made compilation YouTube videos of the story pieces. I haven't looked yet - does it exist for this?
There's usually story complications out for gacha games because (at least for the better ones) the story tends to be pretty dense
I dont think there are any series I'm invested in the story enough to play a shitty mobile/gacha game for.
I've got to be honest, that game was so bad, I'd barely call it a game. Atmosphere was nice, but that was about where it stopped.
I liked the story but to call the gameplay dull would be an exercise in restraint
Both of the yoko taro gachas were pretty horrid
Yoko Taro is a dude who straight up says he'll do anything if you pay him. I wonder if he'd do like a youtube style lore analysis of Reincarnation if we hit him with a kickstarter.
