I've known a LOT Michigan people, and it was a major part of my sales territory for a decade, and I never heard anyone from Michigan talk like that.
We gotta have a serious conversation about these massive dipshits who came out in droves to surrender to Israel, when the alternative was literally free healthcare and a social safety net.
It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends on his not understanding it.
Now if they aren't even AIPAC funded... well that's just sad. Even a reddit mod gets a delusion of power when on a trip.
Abdul got 15899 votes in Dearborn in this primary election.
Kamala Harris got 15189 votes in Dearborn during the general presidential election.
I think that is a meaningful statistic.

Hard to tell much of anything considering this is a primary vs a full blow presidential election but who knows.
That's entirely the point. Primaries, especially in non-presidential election years, are notorious for extremely low voter turnout.
The candidate in this senate primary pulled more votes than the nominee in a presidential general election.

$70 million, if I remember correctly

Citizens United was a mistake. At this rate, 2026 might have more money put into it than general elections 1-2 decades prior.
Makes sense. General elections don't matter to the donor class because, to them, an establishment neoliberal dem is only slightly more agreeable than a child raping demonic republican; but they simply will not tolerate a left-winger. Lovely bunch of humans we have running the show.
Michigan Dems will vote blue no matter who, we had a primary we know outlr canidates and now we unite going forward.

Maybe if you organized and formed a broad grassroots movement based around communication to catch a W, like Michiganders did, instead of being a vitriolic dickhead, you'd have better options.
I mean some of us who said that actually meant it. Despite all of the wailing, tactical voting remains the correct way to participate in first past the post elections, even for leftists.
Tactical voting from a group of people that only have propaganda to work with instead of facts means you’re just guessing.
