It’s cheap at the Bahamas yes. A lot of people are talking about scams but that’s just how travel works. Look out for scams.
I’ve taken a few cruises there. Cheap and easy vacation.
I mean, it's one Bahamas how much could is possible cost? $100?
Go-to Aruba during the summer. It's like half price of their winter rates, and they have the same weather year round.
Yes. Tourism is its economy.
Money laundering
While I am sure plenty of that goes on the Bahamas, I am not sure what that has to do with the topic at hand.
If some tourist puts a greasy 50 cent bill in your gstring as your dancing, you're going to want to wash that bad boy. Just simple hygiene, really.

Travel ain't cheap these days. Are you willing to plan ahead, stay in hostels, and avoid tourist traps? Could be pretty affordable. Is it a spur of the moment splurge? Say goodbye to your wallet.
