Could they maybe make their own decisions WITHOUT United States weapons and money being shoveled at the genocide like coal into a steam locomotive?

It's a great joke for people that admit what America does in other countries.

The problem is that Miller was doing the exact opposite of that, denying that America does those things. He was trying to straight face defend israel's Genocide.

This joke is only funny for people that know how bad American imperialism is.

Miller laughing at the joke means that Miller knows exactly how hypocritical his statements are.
