Ben absolutely gets in, I don't think Rivers and Ryan should. They're both in the Hall of Very Good.

I think Greeny said something to the effect of "can you tell the story of the NFL without this player." The HoF is exists tell the story of great football players over the years. Sorry to Charger fans and Falcon fans but you easily can tell the story of that particular era of football without Matt Ryan and Phillip Rivers.

I just received a few Chevron straps from Crown & Buckle. This one is called The Fifty, intended to match the Tudor Black Bay 58. It is also a perfect match for the Murph. The strap appears to be black with a tan stripe, however it's also woven with dark brown. This adds some real nice dimension that a flat black wouldn't provide.

The strap itself is high quality for a nylon strap, though a bit overpriced in my opinion. It's a bit heavier than other nylon or perlon straps that I've tried, buts it still overall light weight. The hardware also an upgrade from cheaper counterparts that I've tried. Overall everything feels sturdy and should last awhile.

I bought three of these straps, the Fifty, Autumn, and Woodland. The others are a woven green and brown and brown and dark brown. They all look great. Buzzwords aside, the Murph is a bonafide strap monster. I've owned it for about 10 months now and just go into after market straps. The options for this watch are endless.

No. Defense finally caught up to offense, a good thing in my opinion.

The lume is pretty terrible on my Murph as well. It's not something that's super important for me but it's disappointing considering it cost about $1,000. My 10 year old Orient has better lume.
