Harden is averaging 1.3 points per possession in ISO and 1.5 ppp in pick and roll. I think the obvious answer is to have Harden on the ball more, others on the ball less, and watch the team offense take off.

The clippers offense was never in the top 10 in the Embiid era til last year with Harden. They were 3rd. with Harden the offense was elite. Now with nurse it is elite again. Great coaching job by nurse.
Westbrook single handedly can tank a teams offensive efficiency. In the last 8 seasons the only year Hardens teams offense was outside of the top 3 was the 2020 season with Russ, they fell down to 6.
