That was due in large part to the fully suited scenes being cut from the orginal show. The characters we know in the English version are really a separate cast.

Quick summary here;

Lots of people, mostly under 25 from the looks of them, threw buckets of popcorn all over when the Chicken Jockey appeared. The movie was paused by the theater and identified offenders where escorted out.

Honestly people, just control yourselves. This is a kids movie, for crying out loud. It really screams "look at me, I'm a rebel and cool!" in only the most desperate way. I'm glad none of this happened at my local theater, we all just got to enjoy the film and share a laugh or two.

I have Finch set to auto-update, so I'm not sure if it gives you separate notifications for that.

Finch is pretty close. Free as well. It's intended to help with self care and mental wellness, could be a good fit for you.

My friends and family are feeling stirs of panic, and it has pushed many of us to start taking a more active role in making our voices heard. Letter campaigns to Congress, joining activist groups and participating in those groups, and a much higher level of alertness towards government action are just a few of the more obvious results and changes I've seen.

I fear that it won't be enough, but with young kids in our household we are trying to do what we can in nonviolent ways. The risk of prison or worse would take a huge toll on the little ones.

The problem arises when the person giving those orders authority hears "By order of the king" instead of "by directive of the president".

The US doesn't want a king, it was a big deal here about 250 years ago. Looking like it's gonna be a big reminder for the 250 anniversary.

Those look like rams to me

Why else would the orange be challenging the constitution? His current play of changing birthright citizenship is a practice range so he knows how to aim at his real targets.

Gross, it looks way too much like iOS for my taste. Glad I'm switching away from Google controlled android anyway, I'll be customized back to the old stuff if I have to.

Guillotines

Because in that syphilis riddled brain, the orange-blunder has had the brain-shart concept slip out of the diseased sections and into what passes for a consciousness, that by only having a state line, there is no border, and so he will have solved "the border crisis". This is not a rational human being we're dealing with, it's a geriatric puppet-dictator who very likely has some form of degenerative brain condition.

I had 3 configs I was testing for No Man's Sky, and since the last couple updates the community configs are broken. If I launch the game those configs come up as totally empty of assigned controls. I can switch to a Hello Games config and it works fine. I can't seem to find any way to delete a configuration once it's been downloaded. I was hoping that deleting and re-download would fix the issue.

After seeing some folks noticing a comment I made elsewhere in this instance, I thought a full post would be best. For those who don't know, the Steam Deck has a feature called Nested Desktop, which allows fast access to Desktop mode without needing to leave Game Mode or reboot into and out of modes.

To use this, go into desktop mode, open the menu and use the search function to look for "Nested Desktop". Now right click and add that to Steam. When you boot into Game mode, you'll see a new item added called Nested Desktop, which you can open to access desktop mode while still in game mode.

I found out about this almost a week ago and so far I use it most for referencing my digital game guides or searching NMS portal codes while still gaming. It's pretty seamless and really opens up some nice options, like modding a game and being able to boot it faster while having Game mode controls available.

It's disappointing that copyright infringement could cause these people to spend time in prison, but the predatory practices of the companies they where competing with are punished with no more then fines. A "cost of doing business" for the corporate aristocrats. This is the threat the upper class uses on the rest of us, and all too often do not suffer themselves.

Want a 3D printer in New York? Get ready for fingerprinting and a 15 day wait

Assembly Bill A8132 has been assigned a "Same As" bill in the Senate: S8586 [NYSenate.gov] [A8132 - 2023]

I don't own a gun, I never have and I don't plan to at any time in the future. But if these pass in the NYS Senate and Congress, it would be required to submit fingerprints for a background check then wait 15 days, before you could own any "COMPUTER OR COMPUTER-DRIVEN MACHINE OR DEVICE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT FROM A DIGITAL MODEL."

This isn't even going to stop any crimes from happening, for pity sakes regular guns end up in criminal charges all the time, regardless of background check laws. How about some real change and effective measures, rather then virtue-signaling and theater illusion for a constituency?
