I'm not sure they any of the Player of the week awards to players who lost. They also won't double up on the same team so we often get surprising choices.

Wins is absolutely a QB stat over a long period. There is too much turnover of players and coaches for a player to fail in multiple situations without it being a reflection of the QBs ability.
