I still dislike 50+1s implementation, but good.

I mainly dislike it because of Bayerns (and the leagues) holier than thou attitude. Towards like Leipzig when they (Bayern) get way more support from corporations than Leipzig ever has.

Its like FFP, designed to keep big clubs big.
