Got the 6XX last week as my first set of nicer quality non-bluetooth headphones... How would you compare the HD58X to the 6xx?

The HD6XX is $179 yet again, not exactly a "sale" but good time to grab one if you've been interested in c/headphones@hi-fi.community

Total noob to the audiophile headphone world. What else do I need to take advantage of these? A separate amplifier?

Id be listening to vinyl through a receiver the majority of the time.

Current headphones are Sennheiser momentum 4 and pixel bud pros
