Why don't you go get a job in the FDA and fight?

I don't recall exactly but this is the gist that I remember from a /r/subredditdrama post I read over a year ago

"Real news" sub reddits let porn, nsfw content, onlyfans and whatnot on them because they were not actively or thoroughly moderated. Some users were upset,To emphasize their point started posting nsfw anime pictures.

Someone decided they had enough and broke off into their own sub reddit that has actual news and it was called /r/animetitties or something.

Cold turkey worked for me. But it wasn't this big thing. One day I didn't want to go to the gas station to get more and that turned into, how long could I go? And now I smoke once a year on my friends birthday and HATE the taste.

Anything is fuel if you try hard enough. I melted down an aluminum boat in a bonfire last fall. But pitch, fat and aluminum while burnable/melt able do not smell like "fuel" as the average person would associate them.

Fun fact fat was used in early soaps made to smell "good".

Ps. This isn't arguing with you, it's having a conversation.

Fun fact, that torch wouldn't smell like fuel. Reason being is fuel is an accelerant, traditionally those torches have pitch, fat or some other long burning substance. Those don't smell like fuel other than the VERY small amount of accelerant to get them initially lit.

You missed the (and doing it properly) part. Could you do it on his setup? sure. Could you do it on your setup recommendations? Sure. Could you do it on a little raspberry pi? Probably. A industry standard best practice for backup is 3-2-1. Do all companies follow industry best practices? Heavens no. Redundancy is great, it may save you from calling someone at triple rates for after hours support only to find your one 48 port switch failed. It's all about what risk you are willing to take on any of this.

Think bigger, someone gets the accounts and releases all of his private messages. If he doesn't delete them. I'm on the fence about the precident this would set.

It's not a word but '...' ok... thanks... I guess...

What do you want? Is it on our do you want something else? It's fine...

I'm not sure if I was clinically depressed or not. But I definitely went through a couple months where I wasn't feeling myself. My GF moved in with me this year and I thought it was just me adjusting with a new "roommate".

I eventually realized it was the house. It was a mess and that was what making me feel depressed because it was hard to talk to someone about being a slob if you loved them.

So I guess maybe think hard about things that have changed and when you were happy and see what you can do to change them?

I know it's probably not great advice but it's free and it worked for me

Have I? Yes, yes I have. I live fairly comfortably in a house that I own with a good job to pay the bills. But I volunteer with people that are not in the same situation and it's heartbreaking. People that can't afford to pay for unexpected expenses like a car breaking down. So they lose the job then lose their place of residence.

Vets, people with disabilities or even people that messed up early in life can struggle.
